BGluMon Pro - Glucose Monitor App Reviews

I have tried several monitoring apps and this one is great! Would give five stars if the iPad version was a little more user friendly. For example, moving between fields when adding a record should save automatically. If you do not hit done, it doesnt save the field. It was a bit frustrating at first. Also, the chart range should auto automatically increment to include the current date. You will not see todays entry unless you go in and change it when in custom. Otherwise, highly recommend this one.

Gives an approximate A1C with the report. Needs a legend to explain the graphs in the reports. No complaints though. Im very glad I downloaded it!!

Syncing would be a lot better if you didnt have set the dates on both devices. Syncing should sync all records. CSV importing is also very difficult. For a "non-techie" this would be nearly impossible.

I cant say enough about this fantastic App. I only wish it was available for my desktop iMac to immediately sync with. 5 STARS ABSOLUTELY

Overall, I think the app could be great. However, its not intuitive in several key functional areas and there is no detailed documentation whatsoever. The support website is thin on any helpful information, rather it only seems to have blog updates about current or future enhancements. The built in help files are not detailed enough to be of any use. The email support is completely absent...I have sent emails on the different occasions now with a list of very specific questions around the location of user documentation, how the iCloud syncing is supposed to work (I cant get it to function syncing two devices), etc. the only "response" has been from their auto responder promising a timely response that simply does not happen. ANYBODY HOME? I hate it when I waste money.

The app does take a little time to understand how it works. I love it because it makes logging glucose, medicine, and carbohydrates streamlined. All the charts help me to change and fine tune my Type 1 Diabetes so I can live my life to the fullest without the worry! Thanks for a great app!!!!

The link for help goes no where. It always shows previous day rather than current day. Website link has toooooooo much info and mainly designed to sell more apps. I will not continue to use this app.

Very hard to import

This is the my first experience with a blood glucose monitoring app but I must say that I believe it works very well. I can generate a report and e mail it to my endos office very easily when they need info, and this happens often as I am newly diagnosed

I have been looking for an easy-to-use Glucose monitor, with nice looking reports and statistics. BGluMon is the best I have tried. Nice job!

This app is not worth downloading. The dates are not correct,and when I try put my readings in and punch save, nothing shows up. Not worth downloading. Great idea if it just worked.

Has potential!

For plain record keeping. However it seems like they could come up with something to be able to accept downloads from popular meters. I am not always able to enter each reading immediately and then I get behind. However my Dr loves the reports. He says much better than what you get from meters

I have the iPhone version that works fine. The iPad version doesnt work. Press + go to Glucose type in your # press save, stays blank. I reported this when I got my iPad in April and so far no response . I couldnt give it no stars.

The most important tool a diabetic can have is knowledge. They say hind-sight is 20/20 and this app gives that in many different ways. Ive lost 15 lbs so far just by watching my sugar levels. No workout, no walking, just knowledge. Priceless! Thank you!

I was able to sync data from my I pad to I-phone easily. Graphs are colorful and one can customize data recording in a variety of ways. Nicely done, hopefully newer versions my carry more graphs...

Provides very useful information and it is very easy to use. I will give 5 stars if this app adds DropBox support for better syncing of ALL data and report settings. Buy this app! It will save your life. Also, ask your Doctor about Invokana. It makes you pee out all excess sugar and is allowing me to get off of Lantus Insulin after 10 years. My A1c dropped from 10 to 8.1 and now down to 5.9. This med is a miracle!
